Were the signs pointing to the rise and fall of Satoshi’s bitcoin staring us in the face all along? Most people view bitcoin as purely software. If you examine monetary history through prophetic scripture, you realize Satoshi Nakamoto launched a direct challenge to the corrupt kingdoms of man. Daniel Chapter 2 reveals an undeniable truth: humanity is incapable of ruling itself justly. Every earthly empire eventually decays under its own tyranny.

Our current global financial order runs on systematic theft. Inflation and arbitrary taxation crush ordinary families while enriching centralized rulers. Proverbs 20:23 warns us: "Diverse weights are an abomination to the Lord, and dishonest scales are not good." Satoshi’s original vision was a direct counter-assault on these dishonest scales; an honest ledger designed to restore economic equity.

Genesis 3:15 foretold the eternal strife between good and evil. Satoshi built an architecture meant to elevate truth, preserve savings, and protect human liberty from centralized deceit. Then came the fall.

The capture of Bitcoin Core reveals how easily human stewardship degrades pure code. With developments culminating in software changes in Bitcoin Core v30, the network welcomed intentional corruption. The blockchain, once an unblemished and an immutable ledger of honest monetary transactions, has been subverted by data bloat, spam, and illicit payloads. The scales have now been compromised and corrupted from within, fulfilling the ancient pattern of institutional decay as in the days of the Roman Empire.

The righteous remnant.

As Jeremiah 23:3 declares: "But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase."

That remnant consists of the true plebs who remember the original mission. Rather than submitting to a polluted blockchain, and under the leadership of a few, they have initiated a proof-of-work hard fork change to the minority chain created by BIP-110 from SHA-256d to Blake2b.

Blake2b is not merely another technical update; it is an active restoration. By eliminating spam and purging illicit data vectors from the ledger, the Blake2b fork strips away the bloat and returns bitcoin to an honest, uncorrupted medium of value.

Perhaps Satoshi’s original vision was never dead, it was simply awaiting the remnant to reclaim it. Time will tell what the results will be. Long live Satoshi’s bitcoin!
